El principio de funcionamiento de la tinta

  • Se utiliza tecnología de curado UV para tintas de secado por polimerización. El curado LED UV mejora el proceso UV existente al permitir el uso de sustratos más finos y sensibles al calor. Además, brotherJet desarrolló la tecnología FOIF (disparo súbito de tinta) para permitir que los UV LED utilicen eficientemente la corriente de entrada. El sistema FOIF enciende y apaga los LED al instante en sincronía con el disparo de tinta Como resultado, FOIF reduce los costos operativos y maximiza la duración del cabezal de la impresora. La longitud de onda para la tinta curable UV LED de DTS es ±395nm.

Blanco de Alta densidad

  • La impresión en materiales transparentes u oscuros requiere el uso de capas de tinta blanca, que sirve como una subcapa previa a la impresión de tinta CMYK La tinta DTS UV LED blanco ofrece blanco de alta densidad que permite colores ricos y vibrantes en sustratos transparentes y oscuros


Barniz artístico

  • Una vez que se imprimen los gráficos CMYK, el barniz tinta puede ser dispuesto en capas para crear un acabado 3D. Las múltiples capas pueden ser aplicadas para efectos dramáticos.

Aplicaciones

Las tintas UV LED de DTS están desarrolladas para ofrecer una excelente adherencia y cero resistencia. Las tintas DGS son adecuadas para imprimir en una amplia gama de sustratos como cuero, tablones, vidrio, azulejos, metales, madera, tableros DM, placas de plástico hasta aluminio.
