DTS Ink Science

  • Drying inks through polymerization utilizing UV curing technology
  • UV LED curing improved by enabling the usage of thinner and heat-sensitive substrates
  • FOIF (flash on ink firing) technology allows the UV LEDs to efficiently utilize the input power
  • FOIF turns on and off the LEDs instantly in sync with ink firing
  • As a result, FOIF lowers the operating costs and maximize the longevity of the printhead.
  • The wavelength for the DTS LED UV curable ink is ±395nm


High-Density White

  • Printing on transparent or dark materials requires the usage of white ink layering which serves as an undercoat
  • DTS UV LED white ink offers high-density white which enables rich and vibrant colors on transparent and dark substrates


Artistic Varnish

  • Once CMYK graphics are printed, varnish ink can be layered to create a 3D finish.
  • Multiple layers can be applied for dramatic effects.
